According to the probable cause affidavit, Mountain Home police were called to the ER due to the unruly Jorsch. When the officer arrived, he could hear Jorsch screaming and cussing from the room he was placed in. Hospital security had handcuffed Jorsch and put a spit mask on him.

Jorsch was placed in the officer’s patrol car and while en route to the jail, he threatened the officer twice by saying he would “beat his (expletive)” and “slit his throat” when he got out of jail. Jorsch made another threat to the officer as they arrived at the jail.

Hospital personnel say the incident started when they told Jorsch he was going to be placed on a 72-hour hold and he would have to turn over his cell phone. Jorsch then allegedly put his phone in his underwear. Security officers arrived and after putting Jorsch in handcuffs, he said he was going to kill them.

Jorsch is facing two felony charges of terroristic threatening and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. His bond is set at $5,000.

Jorsch was arrested in May for a similar incident. In that case, Jorsch is accused of breaking a plexiglass panel at the nurses’ station, spitting on security officers and threatening to kill everyone in the hospital.

Jorsch entered a not guilty plea in July. Defense attorneys have asked for a psychological exam.
